Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, and work closely with the head chef
- Hire, train and supervise bar staff to maintain excellent customer service
- Manage staff hours, rota's and holiday
- Create and update drink menus, manage and promote events and functions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Cellar managment, line cleaning, beer orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to organise events and functions, christmas dinners, bank holidays and beer festivals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
