Management Accountant | Rawtenstall | £40-50k + bonus
TalentEdge is supporting an award-winning and global supplier in Rawtenstall that is looking to add a Management Accountant to their finance team due to continued growth.
You will work as part of the dedicated finance team, reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and performance reports for the growing number of subsidiary companies.
- Ownership of Bills of Materials and Routings to ensure accurate product costings and margin reporting.
- Supply chain reporting and supplier analysis including tracking cost savings.
- Stock analysis and monitoring of obsolete, negative, and slow-moving stock.
- Assisting the Finance team to develop and maintain KPI data.
- Project costing for subsidiary companies.
- Project monitoring of New Product Development.
- Assisting with the production of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience of ERP systems, preferably MS Business Central, and the ability to extract and manipulate data into meaningful management information. You will also be studying towards or qualified CIMA.

- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (flex start/finish times between 8.30am - 5.30pm)
