We are seeking an ambitious finance professional to join their expanding team and make a real impact on their global success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and performance reports for a diverse portfolio of subsidiary companies.
  • Take ownership of Bills of Materials and Routings to ensure accurate product costing and margin reporting.
  • Provide supply chain reporting and supplier analysis, with a focus on tracking cost savings.
  • Conduct stock analysis, monitoring for obsolete, negative, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Support the Finance team in developing and maintaining KPI data.
  • Manage project costing for subsidiaries and monitor New Product Development initiatives.
  • Assist tax advisors with R&D claims and contribute to annual budget production and periodic forecasting.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Part-qualified CIMA and actively working towards full qualification.
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Business Central), with the ability to transform data into actionable management insights.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
