We are seeking an ambitious finance professional to join their expanding team and make a real impact on their global success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and performance reports for a diverse portfolio of subsidiary companies.
- Take ownership of Bills of Materials and Routings to ensure accurate product costing and margin reporting.
- Provide supply chain reporting and supplier analysis, with a focus on tracking cost savings.
- Conduct stock analysis, monitoring for obsolete, negative, and slow-moving inventory.
- Support the Finance team in developing and maintaining KPI data.
- Manage project costing for subsidiaries and monitor New Product Development initiatives.
- Assist tax advisors with R&D claims and contribute to annual budget production and periodic forecasting.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Part-qualified CIMA and actively working towards full qualification.
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Business Central), with the ability to transform data into actionable management insights.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
