Our client based in Rossendale are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.
Duties include:
- Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Working with multiple currencies
- Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
- Setting up new suppliers and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
- Resolve price queries
- Reconciling all supplier statements
- Manage and maintain the accounts payable inbox dealing with all queries
- Process staff expense claims
- Process BACS payments
- Prepare bank reconciliations
Previous purchase ledger experience is essential for this role as is a good communicator, a high attention to detail and someone who can work to tight deadlines.
