Production Operative

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Rawtenstall, is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Production Operatives to join their team.

What will you be doing?

• You will be trained to operate a machine that rolls fabric onto rolls, cuts it to size, checks the weight, and prepares despatch notes for the warehouse.
• As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to be trained on other machines, expanding your skills and knowledge.
• This is a full-time position, with a 12-hour shift pattern from 6am-6pm.
• You will need to be on your feet throughout the day, so physical fitness is essential.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a production warehouse or machine operator role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
• Basic calculations will be required, so good numeracy skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
