Salary & Package
Salary £29,808.00
Day Shift
Monday Thursday 07:45 17:15 & Friday 07:45 12:15
39 hours a week.
Requirements
Lead a team of up to twenty Production Operatives in a manufacturing department.
Be a great people person.
People management, organise 1-1s, return to work and holidays.
Attend daily production meetings.
Monitor & track the teams KPIs and attendance.
Be flexible with working hours to meet the demand of the operation.
Process documentation and administration.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety.
Be hands on, support with operations.
Strong understanding of IT.
Quality control, excellent attention to detail.
Organisation and communication skills.
An understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S is desirable.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be required to lead a team of Production Operatives, support with operations and organise administration. Youll need to be a great people person to motivate the team and guide them to achieve production deadlines. Youll need to track the teams performance & attendance and ensure each member of the team is meeting their KPIs. You will need to work closely with other departments and make sure production runs smoothly.
The right candidate will be hands on, have the experience/knowledge required and want to progress in a forward thinking company.
