We are currently assisting a Manufacturing organisation based in the Lancashire Area who are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join their already well-established maintenance team on site due to production and high demands. This is an opportunity for a Driven individual who also like to take on Overtime as there is plenty going on site.

The Maintenance Electrician position is commutable from the following locations: Blackburn / Bolton / Oldham / Burnley

Benefits the maintenance electrician will receive:

  • Position: Maintenance Electrician
  • Shift: Days Monday to Friday Option of work 07:30am till 4:30pm or you can work 08:00am till 5pm
  • Earnings £45.334
  • Benefits: 25+8days holiday / Life Insurance / 10% Pension scheme / Overtime Plenty on offer / Canteen serving Hot food / Sick-Pay

Experience and Duties the Maintenance Electrician

  • To be multi-skilled electrically biased holding roughly a 70/30split
  • To Complete all PPM for the site
  • Site Maintenance of Electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Respond to Breakdowns in a timely manner
  • Experience with both Electrical and mechanical parts
  • Able to read Electrical drawings
  • Experience with the following: Hydraulics & Pneumatics / PLC systems / Shredders and Granulators / Single and 3 Phase systems / Temp Controllers and pressure controllers
  • Fault finding abilities on PLCs Siemens preferably
  • Must be Apprentice trained holding a formal qualification in Electrical engineering HNC / City & Guilds
  • Minimum of 5 years-experience
  • Hold great attention to details / be highly motivated / keen to join a busy organisation / Also keen to take on Overtime.
