Due to an increased workload within an independent Recruitment Agency, we are currently looking for an "Experienced Recruitment Resourcer" to join a vibrant, committed team.

You will play a key role in building relationships with candidates and actively source quality candidates to match to commercial office support roles using Social Media, LinkedIn and Job boards.

In addition to this you will get to know your candidates well, their qualities and aspirations, skills and achievements, giving you the opportunity to earn good commissions by supporting the Recruitment Consultants with filling permanent roles.

We are looking for someone who likes to leave no stone unturned to find high calibre, well matched candidates and work with an upbeat team with a positive outlook. We will provide additional systems training and support though you must have Recruitment Candidate Resourcing experience.
