- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and standard costing within the ERP system
- Drive improvements in financial and KPI reporting to enhance operational efficiency and decision making.
- Lead the transactional finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of key financial transactions (AP, AR, payroll).
- Ensure financial controls and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain the accuracy of the balance sheet, trial balance, and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, lenders, and HMRC, ensuring smooth audit processes and compliance.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to mitigate risks and support strategic growth.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment, including expertise in standard costing(desirable) and ERP systems
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage financial controls, and engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver strategic insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach
