Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential?We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Intervention Teacher to join our supportive team in Rossendale on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to make a real difference in the lives of children by providing focused, tailored support for students in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to students across Key Stage 2, with a focus on improving literacy and numeracy skills.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress and provide targeted support.
- Create engaging and motivating lessons to help students develop confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their academic goals.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Has experience working with Key Stage 2 students, ideally in an intervention or support role.
- Is passionate about making a positive impact on student learning and development.
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Is flexible, creative, and committed to supporting the needs of all learners.
