Position Overview:

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning in our partner schools. You will work closely with teachers and students, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading small group interventions to support student progress.
  • Assisting with planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
  • Providing one-to-one support for students with special educational needs.
  • Supervising students during activities and breaks.
