Position Overview:

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning in our partner schools. You will work closely with teachers and students, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading small group interventions to support student progress.
Assisting with planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
Providing one-to-one support for students with special educational needs.
Supervising students during activities and breaks.
Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborating with teachers and staff to promote educational excellence.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
