The Rawtenstall team deliver excellent customer service and product solutions for construction and engineering industries.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with all the knowledge, tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career. You will:
- Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company's product range
- Be mentored by a dynamic, motivated and successful manager
- Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
- Manage current sales accounts, spot opportunities for growth and maximise profitability
- Get involved in marketing initiatives and website management
- Progress to a field sales role (within 12 months) where you will travel and build strong relationships with B2B customers across the North West
