Backend Software Developer - Node/React
I’m supporting a growing SaaS business, as they look to add a talented developer to the team. Working alongside a growing team of engineers, you’ll be working on the continuous development of a cloud based solution that integrates the consumer with industry leading hardware. You’ll mainly be working on the design and implementation of new features and also developing Restful APIs in Node, experience of Express and/or Nest being of interest. The project work will be varied and initially very back end heavy, but a strong talent in UI creation and front end skills in React, would be of refined interest. You’ll be comfortable working in a cloud based environment, with solid experience of AWS being important. Strong comprehension of SQL will also be important, with the experience and capability to write large/complex statements being a large part of the role. The business are working on improving their pace of delivery and are transitioning to a more mature adoption of Agile, and so a solid grasp of the framework will be important. The role will need on site presence in Rossendale, 1 to 2 days a week and is paying £55-65,000.
