Key Responsibilities:- Processing and managing international orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinating the buying and selling of goods globally
- Booking and tracking shipments worldwide
- Handling multi-currency transactions using a bespoke system
- Preparing and checking shipping documentation, including invoices, customs paperwork, and compliance forms
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating shipments accordingly
- Resolving shipping or order-related issues efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- A proactive individual who wants to grow with the company
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with international shipping or logistics is an advantage but not essential
