- This is a temp to perm position, requiring the ability to perform heavy lifting and knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- The salary is competitive, and candidates should ideally have prior experience in a similar warehouse role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
unload deliveries
check the delivery paperwork
inspect goods for damage, defects etc.
verify the quantity
log in goods into system
store goods in the appropriate locations
stock check etc.
Skills:
Ability to load and unload goods effectively
Forklift license reach is essential
Capability to perform heavy lifting duties
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
Basic math's skills for inventory tracking and order fulfilment
It is a temp to perm position for the right candidate, hours are: 8:15am-6pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-4pm on Fridays.
