As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing, curating, and managing captivating content across all the group businesses. Your mission will be to boost online visibility through SEO and social media, ensuring all content is on-brand and trendsetting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise with the Team: Collaborate to plan and execute content strategies
- Develop High-Quality Content: Create compelling written and visual content
- Manage Social Media Schedules: Keep our social media presence vibrant and engaging
- Capture Imagery & Video: Use your photography and videography skills to enhance our content
- Enhance Brand Voice: Ensure consistency and creativity in all content
- SEO Optimisation: Improve website visibility and search engine rankings
- Performance Analysis: Review and analyse social media performance to identify what works best
- Short-Form Content Creation: Leverage platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube to increase awareness and revenue
- Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the quality and consistency of videography, photography, and graphic design
- Stay Trendy: Keep content fresh and up-to-date with the latest trends and audience preferences
Ideal Candidate:
- Creativity: Fresh, innovative ideas that engage and captivate
- Storytelling Ability: Craft narratives that connect emotionally with our audience
- Strong Writing Skills: Excellent command of language, grammar, and tone
- SEO Knowledge: Ensure content is discoverable and ranks well on search engines
- Visual Design Sense: Basic understanding of design principles for visually appealing content
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social platforms, trends, and best practices
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Consistency: Deliver regular, high-quality content aligned with our brands voice and mission
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust content style and strategies based on trends and feedback
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
- Experience in photography and videography
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
