Avenue are urgently seeking a part time accounts assistant for a well-established Fife based client on an initial temporary contract which may lead to permanent after 3 months.
Duties will include:-
- Preparing proformas, quotations and invoices
- Liaising with clients
- Answering incoming calls
Requirements:-
- Good numerical skills
- Excel and Word literate
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous experience of XERO accounting would be an advantage
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm
