Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required to cover a number of sites in Northumberland, 43k+ plus plenty of overtime and great benefits.
Our client is a leading technical services providerwho specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings - Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Mechanical/ HVAC / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in Northumberland.
Role
- Planned Maintenance on Mechanical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
- Conduct site walk rounds and completereports.
- AHU's, FCU's
- Expansion Vessels
- Tap / Temp checks
- Conduct tap and temperature tests
- Changing belts / pumps etc
- Changing / cleaning filters
- General Plumbing Maintenance including checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
Location
Covering a number of Leisure Centres and Commercial sites in theNorthumberland area.
Experience required
- Mechanical/ HVAC Building services maintenance background.
- Basic Electrical Building Services Maintenance knowledge
- Ideally Mechanical / Plumbing NVQ or equivallent City & Guilds
- HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
- Good Mechanical / Plumbing knowledge
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
- Ideal candidate will live inthe Northumberland area.
Salary / benefits
- Competitive salary 43k+ based on 38hrs
- Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
