Workshop Technician
Location: Goldthorpe
Shift times: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour and 18.75 per hour after 40 hours

Are you an experienced Workshop Technician, ideally with experience from the white goods and washing machine industry? Are. you looking for new opportunities to join a rapidly growing logistics company, one that values and develops its employees? What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Modifications to new machines including fitting ozone injection systems, changing electrical phasing, fitting soap injection, converting to coin-op or card reader machines, fitting SAFE systems, rebranding machines
  • Reprogramming onboard computer with a tablet
  • Refurbing used machines
  • Other daily workshop duties
  • Picking required parts
  • Full training will be provided on the maintenance and repair of all products you are working on however, an ability to problem-solve will be needed.

What you need to succeed with our client:

  • Having previous workshop experience is necessary for this role
  • Ideally, you will come from a white goods environment, however other industries such as vending machines or similar will be considered
  • You must be a technical problem solver, able to fix both mechanical and electrical issues
