About the Role
- You will be working for a market-leading design company with a strong focus on the water industry.
- The consultancy works with several clients, and you will apply your skills across a range of projects.
- The role is primarily focused on design but will also involve engineering elements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Design Experience: Specifically within the water industry.
- Chartered Engineer Qualification (or at least 20 years' experience in the field).
- Own Software Licences for relevant tools.
- CDM Requirements Knowledge.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, AMTECH, or similar Pro Design software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Functional Safety Knowledge.
- Familiarity with current standards and codes of practice, including ATEX, CDM, BS 7671, etc.
- Knowledge of Thames Water F15 and F24 Asset Standards.
Role Duties
- Produce and supervise the production of detailed EICA specifications.
- Selection and specification of general LV electrical items, equipment, and instrumentation.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical (preferred).
- Implement both cold and hot commissioning activities.
Qualifications / Experience
- HNC / HND in an EICA Engineering Discipline.
- Experience in carrying out multi-discipline engineering projects.
- Extensive experience in EICA Engineering and Design.
