As a Quality Engineer you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for identifying and addressing process and system problems and supporting operational teams across the business.
Quality Engineer: Utilising Lean Manufacturing techniques including Kaizen, 5s, Visual Factory, Standardised Work, Root Cause Analysis, etc, together with a proactive attitude you will strive to always do things better. Your personal communication and influencing skills are also of major importance to be able to lead a sometimes reluctant workforce to a desired outcome, through influence and the use of factual data.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
 - Waste reduction throughout the organisation championing lean/Kaizen manufacturing techniques
 - Using a detailed FMEA process to develop robust control plans
 - Inspection & Test
 - Non Conforming Product Reviews
 - Document Control
 - Audits
 - Continuous Improvement (Lean, OEE, root cause)
 - Team Leadership & Development
