Job Title: Design Manager

Mane are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to lead our design team within the high voltage cabling sector.
As Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, planning, and execution of complex high voltage cabling projects, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
As Design Manager you will be responsible for;
- Overseeing the design and development of high voltage cabling systems, including the preparation of detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Develop and manage design schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing design-related inquiries and concerns.
- Interface Management
As Design Manager the below requirements are essential
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the design and management of high voltage cabling projects.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage cabling systems, including underground, overhead, and submarine cables.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- EU National
- Ability to speak/write and understand English & German
- Willingness to travel to sites and office locations when required
