Seeking a creative and strategic Brand Development Director to develop and execute the brand strategy; driving revenue across EMEA and APAC regions. This role will focus on the beauty, wellness and personal care sector; identifying new brand partners to drive further performance within HORECA channels. This role can be based remotely, but there will be frequent travel across EU to build relationships and a market-leading brand and distribution portfolio.

The successful Brand Development Director will be responsible for...
- Driving the brand portfolio and strategy across the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Identifying strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth within the HORECA channels.
- Negotiate global licensing agreements; working in partnership with the Sales team.
- Direct and coordinate the brand and product development process.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and market applications.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
- Manage media and advertising budgets; planning and executing all communications campaigns.
- Report on brand performance on a monthly basis.
- Line management.
