The successful Brand Development Director will be responsible for...

  • Driving the brand portfolio and strategy across the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Identifying strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth within the HORECA channels.
  • Negotiate global licensing agreements; working in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Direct and coordinate the brand and product development process.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and market applications.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
  • Manage media and advertising budgets; planning and executing all communications campaigns.
  • Report on brand performance on a monthly basis.
  • Line management.
