Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team at their Rotherham facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC press brake, laser cutter, and punch machines safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to fabricate metal components with precision.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards.
  • Perform regular inspections to maintain product quality and compliance with company procedures.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating CNC press brake, laser, or punch machines. Experience with machine programming is a bonus.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Previous experience in metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality components.

  • Strong organisational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and engineering software (training will be provided).
