Astute's EPC Power team is partnering with a Consultancy within the UK Power Industry to recruit a Business Development Consultant / Sales Engineer on a 12 months contract basis across the UK.
The Business Development Consultant / Sales Engineer position comes with a day rate from 400.00 to 450.00 per day.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Power industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Provide technical support and expertise during client engagements.
- Develop and present tailored technical solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including cost analysis and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical or commercial issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales engineering, or a similar role within the Power industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of power systems, renewable energy, or related technologies
- Have a good understanding of DCS systems, and various PLC's.

- UK based position
- 400.00 to 450.00 per day
- Start date - January 2025
