Business Change Lead required to work on a global network transformation programme.

  • You will drive successful end-to-end change initiatives across the business by utilising my clients methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • You will ensure the organisation is prepared for and adapts to changes in alignment with strategic priorities, ensuring that project benefits are realised and value is delivered.
  • You will work with key stakeholders to ensure successful and smooth roll out of this change.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop tailored change management strategies and approaches to ensure effective implementation of change, based on the scope and complexity of the initiative.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, including mapping, prioritisation, and developing plans to ensure buy-in and commitment to change globally at all levels in a variety of work environments.
  • Coach and support sponsors and stakeholders in delivering and adapting to the change, helping them navigate challenges and driving alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, using insights to shape strategies, communication, and training plans.
  • Develop and implement communication and training plans to equip stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed for successful change adoption.
  • Ensure the organisation is ready for the change by managing and addressing potential resistance and facilitating a smooth transition.
  • Monitor, measure, and maximise adoption of change, providing ongoing assessments and demonstrating the value of both the change initiative and change management efforts.


The Programmes include:

1. Network Transformation Programme to modernise network infrastructure including establishing Managed Services.
2. ITSM Service Management Improvements - Exposure to Service management practices including ITIL
3. Make or Buy Strategy - based on the recommendations within the Technology (Infrastructure) Platforms Team, support the RFP and re-platforming (e.g ServiceNow, SharePoint, Compute etc)
