Job Title: Data Governance and Strategic Data Lead
Location: Remote (some travel required)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Overview
You'll lead the development and implementation of a Data Governance strategy across the business, ensuring data management is aligned with legal and growth objectives. You'll also help foster a data-centric culture, innovate data processes, and manage a team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and govern data governance strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with IT, leadership, and security teams to implement data practices.
  • Manage data compliance, privacy, and risk assessments.
  • Lead a team and provide guidance on data management best practices.
  • Drive data innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Data Governance and implementing data management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of tools like GCP, BigQuery, Power BI, and data regulations (GDPR).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience.
