Role: Operation and Compliance Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000

Located: Rotherham

Hours:- Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 16:45 & Fri 08:30 - 15:00

Benefits:

The role:

  • Manage Performance levels of our Project team
  • Manage all compliance requirements
  • Manage all health and safety requirement
  • Manage design department and all technical vetting for both service and installation works if required
  • Allocating engineering resource accordingly to achieve project delivery targets
  • Management of all sub-contracted labour
  • Management of company fleet
  • Management of all company plant and equipment
  • Management of logistics
  • Providing all necessary reports, assisting leadership team in goal setting
  • Point of escalation for project challenges both internally and externally
  • Supporting operational performance
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team to set up goals that promote the growth of the business.
  • Work with Directors to prepare budgets, schedules and any other documents that are required by the business.
  • Developing plans and strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs within the business.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Contribute and lead development in the areas of engineering, co-ordination, administration and purchasing to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
  • Developing and controlling the budget for the project and design Department, while ensuring that the department has all resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial constraints.
  • Ensuring that the requirements of customers are met in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Promoting and ensuring Health and Safety in the business.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
  • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
