Class 1 HGV driver

Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Rotherham, this is on an ongoing basis with the possibility for full time employment.

Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:

•  Wood Chip - Walking floor
• Starting times 05:00 – 07:00 DAYS
• Monday to Friday - ONGOING
• Walking floor. (Training provided)
• 2-4 drops
• Average 12–13-hour shifts

Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete an induction and assessment prior to commencing work. If required full training will be given on the walking floor element. 

Class 1 HGV drivers will require:

• Valid UK HGV licence for 12 months or more.
• Must have a minimum 6-month previous HGV driving experience.
• Digital tachograph card CPC card.
• Be professional and presentable at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
• No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99

PAYE rates are:

• £16.50 Days (Including holiday pay) 
• £19.50 Saturday  (Including holiday pay) 
• £21.30 Sunday  (Including holiday pay) 
• £27 Night out allowance
