Elevation is partnering with well-known company who operate within the industrial and IT infrastructure sector. Their company ethos focuses on delivering customer centricity, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything they do.

Job Brief:

They are seeking a flexible and versatile marketer to drive the growth of their inbound sales channels. Working directly with the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include tracking and analysing advertising campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing materials align with their brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to promote the company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from idea to execution
  • Write and edit marketing literature, overseeing design and production
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing them against goals
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements and Skills:

  • Knowledge of HubSpot and experience in content-driven marketing campaigns is advantageous
  • Demonstrable marketing experience with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
