Role Responsibilities

Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare, Children and Young Peoples Workforce, or Management and Team Leading qualifications.

Collaborating with learners to ensure the highest standards of training and development.

Completing all relevant assessment paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Monitoring and reporting learner progress, addressing any concerns promptly.

Working across various Health and Social Care settings, including childrens homes, residential family centres, and supported living accommodations.

Requirements

Recognised Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent).

Relevant work experience within the Health and Social Care sector, specifically with children, young people, and families.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full driving license and access to own vehicle (with business insurance).

Willingness to travel to services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the Northwest.
