Role Purpose

Seeking a high-performing Business Development Director to drive new customer acquisition ,revenue, and market growth within the Public Sector. The ideal candidate excels in technology sales, business development, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities, focusing on digital transformation and legacy systems modernization.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop strategic plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Networking: Leverage industry events and networks to generate leads.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proposals: Collaborate internally to create compelling client proposals.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor positioning.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide market insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and delivery teams for consistent messaging.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in tech sales (focus on digital transformation, cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure, AI, or legacy systems preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Insurance, Central Government and Healthcare.
