Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of CNC equipment, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment).

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.

  • Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.

  • Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production.

What you need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a CNC machining role.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
