Taylor Stevenson and happy to announce they're working with a very well established, high volume precision engineering company based is Rotherham which and this year marks their 40th year of going strong! They specialise in machining precision, high tolerance components that are used in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Medical and even Military among many others using various materials such as Inconel, Super Duplex, Stainless and more!

Due to recent growth and expansion they are looking for aCNC MILLER PROGRAMMERand who can operate FANUC and/or HURCO machines!

This role is paying up to 19.20p/h (18p/h+ 6% bonus) and any overtime is paid at time and a half!

This is a full time position on a weekly rotating pattern made up strictly of day shifts!

Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 15:00 + Friday 06:30 - 14:00!

Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 14:30 - 23:00 + Friday 13:00 - 20:30!

The CNC Miller will be responsible for :

  • Operating Milling machines,
  • Conducting machining tasks ensuring works are completed safely and to the highest standards.
  • Performing Milling operations,
  • Ensuring quality control.

The type of candidate they're looking for:

  • Good Machine Operation and Measuring skills
  • 5 years Milling experience (Preferably)
  • Apprentice Trained (Preferably)
  • Programmer
  • Strong understanding of Quality Control standards
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Experience with CNC machines in Fanuc and/or Hurco
  • Problem-solving skills
