Position: Pattern/Mould Maker
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £28,200 - £34,150
Monday-Thursday (8:00-16:30), Friday (8:00-15:30)

What You'll Do:
- Interpret pattern assembly instructions from the Design Team.
- Confirm and implement manufacturing routes using SLA patterns, Styrofoam patterns, or sand-printed moulds.
- Craft precise patterns following route card specifications and revisions.
- Utilise Autodesk Powermill to create CAM tool paths for CNC machining.
- Operate CNC machines, set up SLA builds, and handle post-build cleanup.
- Manufacture and assemble running and gating systems for ceramic mould preparation.
- Operate advanced 3D sand printing machines and prepare moulds for casting.
- Conduct quality checks and collaborate with the CMM department.
- Maintain meticulous standards and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.
About You:
- Experienced: Skilled in pattern/mould making with a strong manufacturing background.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CNC machining and CAD/CAM software, including Autodesk Powermill, Lightyear, and Magics.
