Our client is a prominent Modular Contractor in the UK, holding a distinguished position in the market with a strong pipeline of projects in 2025 / 2026 and onwards. They are currently looking an experienced Contracts Manager who can oversee 2/3 projects in the UK.
As a key member, you will be responsible in leading and managing the site team and overseeing the clients needs and requirements and program of works throughout all phases to ensure the project meets cost, time, and quality specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project stays on schedule with sufficient resources to meet upcoming deadlines.
- Manage any changes to the project schedule and pricing.
- Maintain client satisfaction with both the product and project management.
- Ensure site housekeeping standards are met.
- Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols and ensure all accidents are properly recorded.
- Oversee post-delivery quality inspections and report findings back to the factory.
- Participate in progress review meetings with clients.
- Coordinate pre-handover inspections with the client or main contractor.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager
- Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualified
- SC Cleared
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Robust organisational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects
