Salary: 32,470 OTE (23,878 basic plus uncapped bonuses)

What You'll Do - Customer Service & Sales Advisor:

• Handle inbound customer queriesfrom contract renewals and upgrades to troubleshooting issues.
• Support customers with clear, helpful advice and promote additional products and services where relevant.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and ensure they leave every call feeling valued and supported.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and provide a friendly, professional service.

• A natural ability to talk to people, listen carefully, and offer tailored solutions.
