Customer Service Officer - Office based - Yorkshire
A client of mine has reached out as they are on the hunt for a Housing Administrator to join their team on an interim basis
Your role will include the following:
- First point of contact for inbound calls and emails.
- Taking any calls and giving advice on housing and repairs
- Giving advice on rents, lettings and tenancies.
- Using their CRM database on a daily basis - Activ8
You must have experience in:
- Customer Service based roles.
- Knowledge of housing and tenancy in previous placements.
- Experience in the daily duties listed above
