We’re looking for 3 Customer Service Advisors to join our Client’s team at their Head Office in Rotherham. In this role, you’ll support both trade and residential customers with their orders, enquiries, and aftersales.

Location: Rotherham, S63
Salary: £ 25k to £ 26.5k
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Process online and telephone orders efficiently and accurately.
- You will handle store-based orders, enquiries, and stock requests as a Customer Service Advisor.
- Resolve customer complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
- The Customer Service Advisor will manage both standard and complex orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide aftersales support for customer queries and concerns.
- Order stock and coordinate customer installations as needed.
