Location: Swinton, Rotherham
Salary: £32,470 OTE - £23,878 basic + Bonus (uncapped bonus potential)

What You’ll Do: Customer Service and Sales Advisor
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers, resolving queries related to upgrades, contract renewals, and more.
- Provide outstanding customer service while promoting and selling additional products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Use your initiative to identify opportunities by reviewing customer accounts.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customers receive a positive experience.
- Achieve conversion targets and other key performance indicators.
About You: Customer Service and Sales Advisor

- Experienced in customer interactions, with some sales experience (desirable).
- Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Technically proficient, able to navigate multiple systems seamlessly.
