ROLE PURPOSE
Are you passionate about developing future leaders? We're looking for an experienced Leadership and Management Tutor to join our clients team, delivering CMI-accredited apprenticeship programmes to middle and senior managers across a range of sectors, with a focus on the public sector and national brands.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver engaging, high-quality leadership and management programmes both online and in-person at client locations. You'll play a key part in helping aspiring leaders develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years of management experience (essential)
A genuine passion for Leadership and Management
Experience in delivering Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes
An assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1) (essential)
Minimum Grade C/4 in English and Maths
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel
