An established UK Finance company is hiring a new Data Warehouse Developer. This is a brand-new role that has come about due to significant company expansion.
It would be an advantage if you have previous experience of working in a financial role.
General duties:
Design and develop data models and schemes for the data warehouse
Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation
Optimise database performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimisation
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in data warehousing, data modelling, and database design
Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS)
Must have previous knowledge and experience of all data warehousing processes
Be familiar with using Power BI, Tableau or SQL
This is an office based position, however you will be able to work from home after you've passed probation
