Reports to: Head of Cyber Security
My client, an industry leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Lead Cyber Security Analyst to take on the day to day team leadership of a small but growing cyber security team whilst getting involved with strategy and operations within their fast-paced organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity operations, including incident response and threat management.
- Develop and implement strategic security initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Manage risk assessments and reporting for senior leadership.
Key Skills & Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, EDR solutions, and cloud security (Azure).
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and incident management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) and 5+ years of experience, including senior level roles or above.
