Small Works Manager - The Role:
As a Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for quoting, resourcing, and project managing small works across our client portfolio.
Small Works Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Define the scope of small works in collaboration with clients
- Plan, resource, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively addressing them
- Lead relevant meetings on-site or at APE
- Oversee small works planning and remedial work
- Provide sales quotes for small works and collaborate with the sales team for larger projects
- Maintain accurate resource and project tracking
- Ensure change control within small works scope
- Promote health and safety best practices
- Always strive to enhance customer satisfaction
Small Works Manager - Qualifications, Skills, Training & Experience:
- Full valid driving license and the right to work in the UK
- Previous sales and project management experience
- Project management skills
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Time management
