**Panel Wirer**
Location: Rotherham
Contract Length: 4 Months
Start Date: February
Rate: £23.00-£27.00 per hour (Outside IR35 – Limited Co)
Shifts: Monday to Fridays – 50 hours per week (Days)
About the Company:
Our client supplies hydraulic equipment, machinery parts, and fluid power solutions for various industrial applications. They are recruiting for panel wirers on a 4-month basis to assist for their upcoming project.
The Role of a Panel Wirer will involve the following:
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
- Power up – Re-wiring – Fault find
- Wire up the extruder's drive motors and heating elements.
- Wiring sensors back to the control panel or PLC for temperature, pressure, speed, and material flow
- Testing and troubleshooting
- Working to high standards, ensuring health & safety and quality procedures are adhered
The Successful Panel Wirer will need to have the following attributes:
- Ability to read complex engineering drawings / Schematics etc
- Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for Health, Safety and Quality.
- Apprentice trained / Time Served
- Strong troubleshooting skills
