The role of Power Electronics Engineer reports directly to the Electronics Manager requiring someone with substantial industry experience and is unlikely to be suited to a junior engineer.
As a Power Electronics Engineer in organisation, youll be responsible for designing firmware for embedded systems working from specification all the way through to test and production. Its a 360 role where you will get the opportunity to work on something from scratch.
Power Electronics Engineer Requirements:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Electronics/Power Systems Engineering
- Power Electronics Circuit Design
- Knowledge ranging from 100v to 1000v
- 1-3kwh experience
- DC-DC & AC-DC Power Conversion
- Battery technology is highly desirable
