Anderselite are looking for a talented and experienced contract Architectural Technician (mid-senior level) to join our client’s team in South Cheshire. This role offers the opportunity to design inclusive home environments, with a focus on home adaptations tailored to individual needs.
We prefer candidates based in the South due to site locations. However, when not traveling, the role offers the flexibility to work fully from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling to multiple sites across the country (mostly in the South of England).
- Managing planning applications and building regulations.
- Assisting with tender packages and contract administration (training available if needed).
We are also open to considering an Architect for this position.
