The On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) role offers:

This On Construction Energy Assessor role will involve:

- Support a team to produce SAP Calculations and provide EPCs.

- Producing Part O Overheating Assessments.

- Reporting and liaising with clients.

- Providing advice on reducing energy and CO2 emissions.

- Delivering data analysis.

- Mentoring junior team members where required.

Therefore, to be considered for the OCDEA role you must have an On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor qualification, have demonstratable experience with Part O Compliance and be thermal modelling competent.
