A highly regarded international law firm, known for its professionalism and commitment to excellence, is seeking to recruit a Document Production Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous document production experience, ideally from a law firm, to work remotely during the evening shift.

Job Title: Document Production Assistant (Remote, Night Shift)
Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 6pm - 2am, Monday to Friday

You must have previous document production experience ideally from a law firm.

About the Role

  • Prepare and format documents accurately and efficiently, adhering to templates and brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Provide responsive, client-focused document services, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that documents are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Produce legal documents including contracts, reports, presentations, and other materials in line with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve any issues promptly and maintain client satisfaction.

Experience required

  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects at any given time, as well as perform accurately under time pressures and constraints.
