Inspector Job Description:
- Operation of a variety of Inspection equipment (Micrometres, Height Gauges, Calipers etc.)
- Operation of Faro Portable Measuring Arm
- Knowledge and understanding of GD&T, Surface Condition requirements and testing
- Inspecting a variety of Thread types (Stub Acme, Metric, Square, Trapezoidal, Unified etc.)
- Inspection and recording of all relevant dimension
- Carry out calibration of equipment
- Create/amend reports (word/excel)
- Read and Interpret customer quality requirements
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of ISO 9001
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example to ensure company goals are achieved and exceeded
Production Operative Working Hours:
Monday Thursday: 0730 - 1605
Friday: 0730 - 1330
